Welcome Party!

Please join us for a welcome party on the beach at Las Ventanas the night before the big day. We’ll be serving some good old-fashioned Mexican cuisine and – of course – many margaritas:)  This is a casual beach party where dinner and drinks will be provided, so alll you need to do is show up and have fun.

For those guests staying at The Hilton the event is only a 3-5 minute walk on the beach (or 10 minutes if you take the driveway). 

Wedding & Reception

We want to rename the “big day” the “big party” because that is what we hope all of you will do at our wedding!

Due to hot temperatures the ceremony will start at sunset. We don’t want you to melt into your seat. Transportion will be provided from both The Hilton and Las Ventanas. The drive is less than 10 minutes.

Most of the celebration will take place on grass (for those of you concerned with footwear). There will be a moment on the sand but with a wooden walkway.

For seasoned partiers there are late night activities planned at the venue. For our more sensible guests we will have shuttle service throughout the night.
